Each of the Supreme Court Chambers has its own chancery – the Chancery of the Chamber of Civil Cases and the Chancery of the Chamber of Criminal Cases.
The Chanceries ensure uniform office work and qualitative organization of work in the Chamber of Civil Cases and the Chamber of Criminal Cases. The Chanceries function subjected directly to the Chairmen of the Court Chambers.
The Chancery organizes and ensures the movement of the court cases filed with the Court Chambers and the documents related to the court proceedings – registers the cases in the system of the court office work and the electronic Court information system, verifies the incoming documents, prepares the cases for reviewing in the Court Chambers, sends summons and notifications, prepares and sends the court cases after the proceedings, follows the observance of the terms for execution of the communication documents of the Court Chambers. The Chancery ensures keeping minutes of the court sessions.
Upon instructions of the Chairmen of the Court Chambers or judges, the Chancery within its competence prepares replies to applications. In the Chancery the participants of cases may examine the materials of cases.
The Chancery prepares and passes to the court archives copies of rulings and other documents of the Court Chambers.
The work of the Chanceries is organized by the managers of the Chanceries who head the work of the court secretaries, secretaries of court sessions, interpreters and technical secretaries.
