According to the law „On Official Secrets”, the Division of Provision of Regime of Secrecy ensures movement of the objects of the official secrets in the Supreme Court.
The Division ensures the necessary regime of secrecy for protection of the official secrets and maintains special records, as well as coordinates the acceptance of special requests and measures of operative activities to be performed in a special manner.
