The Case-law Division compiles court decisions and studies topical legal issues, in cooperation with Supreme Court Judges and external experts.
Compilations of court decisions are discussed in departments of the Senate, and senators, together with authors of study, develop conclusions and recommendations for solving correspondent legal issue.
In cases, when conclusion on necessary amendments to laws arises from compilations of court decisions, recommendations are submitted to the Ministry of Justice.
Compilations of court decisions performed by the Supreme Court since 2001 are published here. You may get acquainted with compilations, which are not available in electronic form, in archives of the Supreme Court.
