    Augstākā tiesa publisko pētījumu par soda noteikšanu atsevišķu kategoriju lietās

    Augstākās tiesas Plēnuma un tiesu prakses vispārināšanas daļa sadarbībā ar Senāta Krimināllietu departamentu apkopojusi pirmās instances tiesu praksi soda noteikšanā lietās par patvaļīgu koku ciršanu, tīšu vidēja smaguma miesas bojājumu nodarīšanu un ceļu satiksmes noteikumu pārkāpšanu apreibinošu vielu iespaidā. Tā kā šādas lietas tiesa atsevišķos gadījumos var izskatīt bez pierādījumu pārbaudes tiesas izmeklēšanas laikā, apkopojumā cita starpā analizēta tiesu prakse pierādījumu pārbaudes veikšanā vai neveikšanā tiesas izmeklēšanā. Apkopojumā aplūkoti 530 krimināllietu materiāli no 33 pilsētas/rajona tiesām.
