There has been scheduled to review 104 cases in the Supreme Court next week. In 20 cases the shorten sentence will be announced.
In the Department of Criminal Cases of the Senate there has been scheduled to review 5 cases in written proceedings. 4 cases will be reviewed due to cassation claims submitted, one case will be reviewed due to cassation protest submitted.
In the Department of Civil Cases of the Senate there has been scheduled to review 45 cases in court hearings and in 5 cases the shorten sentence will be announced.
In the Department of Administrative Cases of the Senate 6 cases will be reviewed in court hearings and in 2 cases the shorten sentence will be announced. 5 cases will be reviewed in written proceedings.
In the Chamber of Criminal Cases there has been scheduled to review 9 cases. 6 cases will be reviewed due to appellate claims submitted, one case will be reviewed due to appellate protest submitted and in two cases the claim about security measure applied will be reviewed.
In the Chamber of Civil Cases there has been scheduled to review 34 cases and in 13 cases – to announce shorten sentence. 20 cases will be reviewed due to appellate claims submitted and 13 cases will be reviewed due to ancillary claims submitted, and one case in hearing there will be reviewed application about renewal of term of submittance of the claim.
