There has been scheduled to review 69 cases in the Supreme Court next week. In 12 cases the shorten sentence will be announced.
In the Department of Criminal Cases of the Senate there has been scheduled to review 3 cases in written proceedings. 2 cases will be reviewed due to cassation claims submitted, one case will be reviewed due to cassation protest submitted.
In the Department of Civil Cases of the Senate there will be no case hearings.
In the Department of Administrative Cases of the Senate 11 cases will be reviewed in court hearings and in 3 cases the shorten sentence will be announced. 8 cases will be reviewed in written proceedings.
In the Chamber of Criminal Cases there has been scheduled to review 11 cases and two of them will be reviewed in written proceedings. 8 cases will be reviewed due to appellate claims submitted, three cases will be reviewed due to appellate protest submitted.
In the Chamber of Civil Cases there has been scheduled to review 16 cases and in 9 cases – to announce shorten sentence. 11 cases will be reviewed due to appellate claims submitted and 5 cases will be reviewed due to ancillary claims submitted. 20 cases will be reviewed in written procedure..
