The Chamber of Civil Cases of the Supreme Court today, in closed court hearings, has reviewed the case about the claim of Ilze Jaunalksne against the Republic of Latvia (RL), represented by the MInistry of Finances of RL, the State Revenue Service of RL, Financial Department of SRS of RL, about invasion in private life and compensation of moral harm in amount of 300 000 LVL. The court of appeal will announce the shorten sentence on February 18, at 9.50 a.m.
