There has been scheduled to review 93 cases in the Supreme Court next week. In 26 cases the shorten sentence will be announced.
In the Department of Criminal Cases of the Senate there has been scheduled to review 5 cases in written proceedings. Two cases will be reviewed due to cassation claims submitted, three cases will be reviewed due to cassation protest submitted.
In the Department of Civil Cases of the Senate there has been scheduled to review 28 cases due to cassation claims submitted and 4 cases will be reviewed due to protests that have been submitted for sentence that has come into force.
In the Department of Administrative Cases of the Senate 7 cases will be reviewed in court hearings and in 12 cases decisions will be available in cases that had been reviewed in court hearings. 9 cases will be reviewed in written proceedings.
In the Chamber of Criminal Cases there has been scheduled to review 7 cases. 5 cases will be reviewed due to appellate claims submitted, in two cases there is both appellate claims and appellate protest submitted.
In the Chamber of Civil Cases there has been scheduled to review 33 cases and in 14 cases – to announce shorten sentence. 20 cases will be reviewed due to appellate claims submitted and 12 cases will be reviewed due to ancillary claims submitted, and one case in hearing there will be reviewed application about making an appurtenant sentence.
