On April 21, the senators of the Department of Administrative Cases of the Senate presented the results of monitoring in administrative cases to the judges of the Administrative Regional Court and the Administrative District Court.

The monitoring of rulings of the appellate court and the court of first instance has been carried out within the framework of the European Social Fund project Justice for Development. All rulings adopted by the Senate in 2021 by which the rulings of lower courts were annulled in full or in part were reviewed. As a result of the monitoring, a summary of the findings of the Senate of 2021 on the procedural aspects of the examination of administrative cases in the appellate court and in the court of first instance was prepared. The compilation shall serve as a guide for judges of the appellate court and of the court of first instance for improving the quality of administration of justice.

In addition to presenting the results of the monitoring, the senators also answered the questions on the issues of law previously submitted by the judges of the Administrative Regional Court and the Administrative District Court.

The meeting took place remotely on the Zoom platform, with the participation of 63 administrative judges of all court instances.
