To ensure qualitative reception and servicing to visitors in the Supreme Court, further reception hours in the Division of Document Administration and in the Chancery of the Supreme Court will be the same as working hours of the court.
Reception hours on Mondays are from 8.30 to 12.00 and from 12.30 to 18.00, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays those will be from 8.30 to 12.00 and from 12.30 to 17.00, on Fridays – from 8.30 to 12.00 and from 12.30 to 16.00. In pre-holiday days the court works and visitors are received until 15.00.
To examine case files, parties to proceedings have to apply in advance to the Chancery of the Supreme Court. In the Secretariat of Departments, telephone of the Department of Civil Cases is 67020364; telephone of the Department of Criminal Cases is 67020370; telephone of the Department of Administrative Cases is 67020339; telephone of the Secretariat of the Chamber of Civil Cases is 67020347, and telephone of the Secretariat of the Chamber of Criminal Cases is 67020316.
Visitors may examine case files every working day until 15.00.
For convenience of visitors, there is mailbox in the lobby of the court, where an individual may leave an application, an information request or notification to the Supreme Court.
Fixed reception hours are established in the Division of Document Administration and the Chancery of the Supreme Court only. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, judges and assistants to judges do not receive visitors.
