A summary of the Senate’s findings from rulings in cases on reimbursement requested from the Medical Treatment Risk Fund, as well as on other issues regarding the application of the Patients' Rights Law, has been published on the website of the Supreme Court.

The summary includes the most significant rulings of the Department of Administrative Cases of the Senate from 2015 to July 2021.

The summary has been prepared as comments on the provisions of two legal acts – the  Law on Patient Rights and the Cabinet pf Ministers Regulation No 1268 of November 5, 2013 “Medical Risk Fund Operation Regulations”, and the findings in the rulings of the Department of Administrative Cases of the Senate are arranged according to the relevant legal provisions.

The summary is created to promote uniform application of case law.

The summary was prepared by the Division of Case-law and Research in cooperation with the Department of Administrative Cases of the Senate.
