On March 31, Vilis Donans ceases to execute judicial duties in the Supreme Court.
Since 2011, Vilis Donans has discharged duties of a judge for the term of vacancy of a judge in the Chamber of Criminal Cases.
The judge Donans will come back to his permanent place of work – Zemgale regional court.
Aija Branta, who was elected to the office of a judge of the Constitutional Court by the Saeima (Parliament) upon recommendation of the Plenary Session of the Supreme Court, will come back to the Chamber of Criminal Cases after expiration of term of office of the judge of the Constitutional Court.
