Taking into account the decision of the government regarding the decrease of the budget of 2009 for the state establishments, the Supreme Court has decreased the expenses for the following year for 36,219 lats.

While planning the budget of 2009 the Supreme Court decreased the expenses intended for goods and services, and capital expenditures for 10.67%.

The maximum amount of expenses permissible for the Supreme Court as it was determined in the session of the government on September 23 is 3,752,621 lats.
