The Court Administration informs about the progress of the assessment of the judicial system of Latvia

Anna Skrjabina, Project Manager at the Court Administration, presented a report to the Council for the Judiciary on the progress of the evaluation of the judicial system of Latvia in the framework of the project financed by the European Social Fund "Justice for Development". Within the framework of the project, three international evaluations are carried out.
The European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) is carrying out an assessment of the efficiency and quality of the judiciary.
International Monetary Fund evaluates reforms in the insolvency sector.
The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is assessing the regulatory framework for commercial law and availability of services.
