On the website of the Supreme Court, in the section Case-law, rulings of the Departments of the Supreme Court (the Senate) that raise legal interest are systematically classified.
The collection of classified rulings is constantly being updated – the latest rulings are regularly added, as well as older rulings that are acknowledged to raise legal interest are added.
The user has the option to choose all the classified rulings or only "Case law Rulings". In this collection of rulings, the term "Case law Rulings" is used in relation to rulings of the departments of the Supreme Court added to the collection before January 1, 2016, as well as those added after January 1, 2016, if they are accompanied by the case-law findings – the key message expressed in a ruling that is important for the unified understanding and application of the law, and an appropriate title.
All rulings are published under the title of correspondent department of the Supreme Court in chronological order, by years, aas well as sorted in classifications according to points of law.
