Fifteen officials of Supreme Court – Chief Justice, his deputies, judges, judge assistants, and representatives of Administration and Chancery of Senate – made an experience exchange visit to Denmark.
Delegation will visit Court Administration of Denmark and will get acquainted with court administrating experience of this country, paying special attention to procedures of judge selection, training and designation.
The acquaintance with the work of Supreme Court of Denmark is also scheduled. Latvian delegation will be received by Chief Justice of Supreme Court of Denmark Torben Melchior. The opportunity to meet representatives of Supreme Court of Denmark will also be provided.
On Friday a visit of leaders of Supreme Courts of Denmark and Latvia in Latvian embassy in Denmark is planned.
