Summoning witnesses to a court session at the court's initiative meets the requirements of Section 275 of the Latvian Criminal Procedure Code and does not violate the principle of adversarial proceedings

Contradictory conclusions cannot be admitted in the Court's ruling. The conclusions reached in the decision must be clear and precise, so as not to cast doubt on its translation and execution
